These Terms of Service govern your use of Weft, a mobile application operated by Antiterra LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using Weft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Weft is a personal daily check-in application that tracks mood, energy, stress, and anxiety over time and generates AI-powered reflections based on that data. Weft also includes an optional social layer ("Threads") that allows you to connect with other users on a mutual-consent basis.
Weft is not a medical device, therapy, or mental health treatment. The reflections and observations generated by Weft are for personal insight only. They are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
You must be at least 17 years old to use Weft. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myweft.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent. You may not transfer or assign your account to another person.
Weft offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier.
Free tier includes: up to 3 check-ins per day, AI-generated check-in observations and reflections, Stats (computational observations), 7-day thread visibility in Threads, hearts and notes, and daily keyword sharing.
Paid tier ($7.99/month or $59.99/year) includes everything in the free tier, plus: unlimited check-ins, Themes, Trends, HealthKit correlations, Weekly Wrap, priority alerts, 90-day review, and Foresight. These are AI-generated longitudinal features that analyze your data over time.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment processing, and Apple's payment terms apply. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after the notice period.
If we offer a free trial, it will be described at the time of sign-up. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically at the stated rate.
You retain ownership of the content you enter into Weft — your check-in data, reflections, notes, life context, and any other content you create within the App ("Your Content").
By using Weft, you grant Antiterra LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, back up, and display Your Content as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App. This includes:
This license ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except as needed to complete in-progress operations or as required by law. You are responsible for the content you enter. You agree not to enter content that is unlawful, harassing, or intended to harm others.
Threads is a social feature that allows you to see an abstract representation of connected users' emotional state over time. Connections are mutual — both parties must consent for either to see the other's data.
You agree to use Threads in good faith. You may not use Threads to monitor, surveil, or harass other users. We reserve the right to remove connections, suspend Threads functionality for specific users, or terminate accounts that misuse the social layer. Suspension of Threads does not affect your ability to use the App's personal features.
Weft uses Anthropic's Claude AI models to generate check-in observations, reflections, themes, trends summaries, and other content. AI-generated content is produced algorithmically based on the data you provide. It may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.
Do not make significant personal, medical, financial, or other decisions based solely on AI-generated content in Weft.

Your use of Weft is also subject to the terms of these services where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details on data processing.
If you enable HealthKit integration, Weft accesses health data from Apple Health on your device — including sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and steps. This data is used only to generate correlations and insights within the App. It is not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in your device's Health app settings.
You agree not to:
All content, design, code, and technology in Weft — other than Your Content — is owned by Antiterra LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Weft without our written permission. The name "Weft" and associated marks are property of Antiterra LLC.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content in Weft infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@myweft.app including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. When you delete your account:

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that we determine is harmful to other users or to Antiterra LLC. If your account is terminated for cause, you are not entitled to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
Weft is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the App's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
Weft is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call or text 988.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antiterra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Weft. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Weft shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antiterra LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Weft, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Weft shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Nassau County, New York, unless you and we agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You and we agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@myweft.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in court for matters involving intellectual property or unauthorized access to the App.
The following terms apply when you access Weft on a device made by Apple Inc. ("Apple"):
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of Weft after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Antiterra LLC regarding Weft.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
